How we choose our wines

Comparing glasses of wine alongside the food

We choose our wines by actually drinking them with the food, checking how well they match and which dishes they suit. We keep tasting, drinking and learning for ourselves.

Non-alcoholic

Our non-alcoholic drinks are chosen for how well they go with the food, and we keep them lightly sweet.

Homemade non-alcoholic drinks

Our homemade non-alcoholic drinks are made with a variety of teas, dried fruits, herbs and spices. We focus on aromas you can enjoy with a meal, as you would wine. They contain no additives, no coloring and no added sugar.
